’s Project Mass – Day 11 & 12 – Hypertrophy Push & Pull Day

arnold-incline2_570_334_c1Greetings, all.

My gym is closed tomorrow because those rat bastards at 24 Hour Fitness don’t have any decency. So, instead of skipping my pull day like a punk, I just mixed it in to my push day. It was like a 1975 Mr. Olympia prep workout, because I was supersetting chest & back exercises, and the workout was almost 2 hours. If you guys haven’t done something like this, be it Arnold’s famed chest & back workout, or a mix of your own, I recommend trying it at least once. You get an amazing feeling when you’re working both sides, and it’s absolutely exhausting. You’re wiped afterward. But it’s a great feeling, because you really know you’ve done something.

Alright, let’s get it…

Pre-Workout: 2 scoops of C&C Muscle Milk, 2g of Kre-Alkalyn Creatine.

Dumbell Bench – 60×12, 65×11, 70×11
Hammer Strength Pull Up – 140×10, 10, 150×10

Hammer Strength Incline Bench – 180×10, 10, 10
Cable Row – 120×10, 135×10, 10

Dumbell Press – 35×13, 40×10, 12
Lat Pulldown – 120×10, 10, 10

Lateral Raise Machine – 45×10, 10, 10, dropset 35×10, 25×10

Hammer Strength Single Arm Row – 90×10, 10, 10

Cable Skull Crushers – 100×15, 120×10, 110×11, 10

Barbell 21s – 30, 40, 30, 40, 45

Cable Curl Wide Grip/Short Grip Superset – 60x 3 sets

Post Workout – 24oz of Gatorade, 2 scoops of C&C Muscle Milk, 2g of Kre-Alkalyn Creatine.

Alright you hip cats, just because 24 Hour Fitness takes unscheduled days off, doesn’t mean your boy Caliber does. I’m gonna update with something. What that is it, I dunno. So, I’m in just as much suspense as you guys. Until then, take care, and remember, stay pretty, hit the gym, don’t be a punk.
