Pre-Workout: 2 scoops C&C Muscle Milk, 2g Kre-Alkalyn Creatine.
Bent-Over Row – 225×5, 235×5, 5, 5
Hammer Strength Pull Down – 185×5, 200×5, 5, 5
Iso-Machine Curl – 120×5, 5, 5, 6
This is a curl machine where you sit down, and there’s arms on each side for you to curl, so both arms work alone and literally pull their own weight.
Hammer Strength Shrugs – 230×5, 5, 6, 7
Post-Workout: 24oz Gatorade, 2 scoops of C&C Muscle Milk, 2g of Kre-Alkalyn Creatine, and 2 scoops of Bio-Gro.
