The Super Soldier Workout – Day 51


Today’s episode of Swole House is brought to you in part by getting 50,000 points on Double Dragon.
If your chest is lacking, Flies and Dumbbell Bench are always the answer. I use to just have a thick chest, but recently I really started focusing on the top portion, and it’s paid off, as I’ve really got some Shelf Chest going on. Ooh wee, look at them titty gains!

Alrighty, let’s have a looksee at today’s Push Day B.

Over Head Press – 145×3, 155×3, 165×3
These felt smoother than Saturday’s go-round, which is always the goal.

Bench Press – 225×3, 245×3, 255×3, 3
The first set I pause at the bottom for a two count.

Incline – 185×5, 205×3, 135×6
I was short on time and had to cut the sets down. The final set was done immediately after the 205 and done to failure.

Flies – 30×3 sets till failure.
Love these, absolutely bread & butter.

Shoulder Lateral Raises -15×3 sets till failure.

Skull Crushers – 80x 4 sets to failure.
I’ve never had anything blow up my triceps like these, it’s remarkable.
