Back in Business, New Stuff



Greetings, all.

Alright, we’re back in business here. Daily updates. Before we get to that…

I found the photo on the left the other day, which was taken in October 2010, about 4 months after I started working out. I remember thinking back then I was looking jacked. It’s funny how when you start working out and see some change, your self perspective is blown waaay out of proportion. When I did the update photo, I was pretty surprised, I didn’t think the change would be that drastic, but it definitely is. Also, it shows that size isn’t the only thing that comes with being consistent in the gym. You also get muscle maturity, density, and shape. When you see a bodybuilder, athlete, actor, whatever, and you wanna do their workout, thinking you’ll look like them anytime soon, that’s non-sense. Other than the gym, time is the only way to get where you’re going.

In the words of Kurt Angle, it’s true, it’s true, I’m now studying boxing with some MMA thrown in there. A guy who works out at my gym offered to train me, for free no less. I’ve only been at it for three days, but I definitely dig it as much as I thought I would. I can’t wait for some time to pass and for me to really have some skill in my pocket. One thing for sure, it’s cardiocardiocardio. I damn near puked the first day. So, I’m all about working my cardio from here on out.

As far as my weight-lifting, I’m doing Marc Lobliner’s VPO-1o training.

The 30 Day Let’s Get It Extravaganza! Days 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Greetings, all.

I thought I’d save up a few days worth to give you guys something to read.

These are brutal workouts. They last from 90-120 minutes, and by the end, you’re toast. But it’s a good kind that ensures you’re gonna sleep well, and let’s you know you got some shit done, improving strength, endurance, and size. Good times, baby.

Day 1 of the 30 Day “Let’s Get It” Extravaganza

Alrighty, ladies and gents, welcome to the 30 day rockin’ event that, well, to be honest, is going to change the perception and history of muscle building! See that exclamation point, I put on that? That’s how you know I mean business.

I started taking Alpha Test by Muscle Tech. I don’t know if it’ll do anything, but we’ll see. Took 4 pills today. I’m using HIT BCAAs during my workout, along with Muscle Milk and Body Fortress Whey Isolate. While working out I have the BCAAs mixed with 24oz of Gatorade.

All I can say for today is that the program is fucking brutal. This is a ton of heavy volume. It’s pretty damn sweet. Alrighty, let’s get it.

I’m Back! A Barbell Didn’t Crush My Skull.


This is my Street Fighter II “you win” pose. You know, for the day they retroactively put me in the game.

As you can see, I’ve lost more weight. I’ve also put on a little size too with all the extra food I’ve been taking in. My numbers are creeping up on the strength lifts too, so everything is going along nicely, thumbs up, baby.

I apologize for being completely MIA. My computer is a super old, super piece of crap, and updating this site is a slow process, along with getting the photo and everything. Plus, I do the updates on my Instagram everyday too. However, I’m working on combining all of my websites into one, so there’s that going down, and I’m working on getting a new computer, so I can make these posts no problem.

Since I’ve been dogging it, I thought I’d give you guys the last 3 days of workouts to go over. So, let’s hop on the good foot, baby.

The Super Soldier Serum Workout – Day 40

Greetings, all.

Something has kicked in during this program, because I’m losing fat, my strength is shooting up, and I’m seriously hungry all the time. No joke, I have to eat every 2 hours or so, and eat a lot, otherwise it’s Bad News Bears. I’m real proud of the fact that I built this program myself, and it’s a success. I’ve built little easy programs before for clients and such, but this is the first time I’ve built an extensive program that had direct goals attached with it. Speaking of which, let’s get to today’s Pull Day B workout.
