Bodybuilding.com’s Project Mass – Day 17 & 18 – Hypertrophy Push & Pull Day

arnold-bicep-curl-arm-blaster1Greetings, all.

Once again, 24 Hour Fitness is hosing me by being complete sissies. They open up much later than I can make tomorrow, so I had to once again cram my push & pull day into one. I really love the hell out of these hypertrophy workouts, and can’t wait until I can really sink my teeth into them, and give them the attention they need.

Last week I did a push & pull superset, which was damn exhausting, and really only reserved for Arnold in his prime, so today I just did the workouts back to back, and shit was just as rough. I always feel like an old school monster when I’m doing 2 hour workouts and wish Katz, Arnold, Franco, and Waller were all around to bullshit with your boy.

Alrighty, let’s get it.

ronnielegpressGreetings, all.

Before we get started I wanted to hawk my facebook page for Fat Buff INC. It’s a place where you hip cats can BS with me, or other readers. Also, I post things there that I don’t post here. Such as pictures, videos from youtube like bodybuilding documentaries, motivation & information videos, and whatever else I find jim dandy. You can find that bad boy right here. Also, if you guys want to hit the like button when you’re there, right  on. I figure once I hit around 100 likes, I’m gonna be getting me a bundle of chicks, baby.

Quick Tip:
When you’re doing dumbell flies, while bringing them to the top, straighten out those arms. A lot of people will bend them, which is fine when going down, or the first half of coming up. However, when you get near the top, bringing your arms out straight creates such a better contraction & recruitment of the muscle. Something else I like to do is keep the dumbells from touching, like, 6-12inches apart. That way it keeps constant tension on the muscle. Give it a shot, baby.

Alrighty, let’s get it.

Bodybuilding.com’s Project Mass – Day 13 – Strength Based Leg Day

tom-platz-squatGreetings, all.

Before we get to the workout, just wanted to tell you guys that I got Bio-Gro for Christmas, which you can see below, as Arnold protects it. A lot of people are unaware of Bio-Gro, despite it being arguably the biggest sup to hit the market since Creatine.

biogrow
What BG does is accelerate protein synthesis, which is the building & rebuilding of muscle tissue. This bad boy does so at a faster & more efficient rate. Anywhere you look for it, be it bodybuilding.com, or supplementreviews.com, Bio-Gro gets fantastic reviews. I’m stoked to see what it does, and I’ll keep you, the sexiest fans on Earth, up to date of the effects. I’m not one for having over-the-top expectations, but I assume I’ll pack on 100lbs of muscle in a month.

Alrighty, let’s get it…

The Program That Changed My Life

arnold-schwarzenegger-blueprint-trainerGreetings, all.

Christmas? No, it’s Buffmas here at Fat Buff INC. Since 24 Hour Fitness are a bunch of punks and closed today, I had no choice but to do my Wednesday & Thursday work outs together, yesterday. Check that bad boy out if you want to see the results. So, since I had no workout to report today, I thought I’d tell you guys about the program that changed my life.

Arnold Schwarzanegger’s BluePrint.

Like all beginners, I didn’t even know where to begin. I’ve been bodybuilding for 4 years now, but I really haven’t found out what works for me until the last 6 months. See, when I started bodybuilding, I was into Heavy Duty training, because I thought people were over-training. For years I’ve seen people in the gym, rarely seeing anyone who looked impressive. I thought it was because people were over-training, going to the gym too often. I mean, it’s all you ever read. Over-training, over-training, over-training. Don’t push it too hard, rest, rest, rest.

Boldybuilding.com’s Project Mass – Day 11 & 12 – Hypertrophy Push & Pull Day

arnold-incline2_570_334_c1Greetings, all.

My gym is closed tomorrow because those rat bastards at 24 Hour Fitness don’t have any decency. So, instead of skipping my pull day like a punk, I just mixed it in to my push day. It was like a 1975 Mr. Olympia prep workout, because I was supersetting chest & back exercises, and the workout was almost 2 hours. If you guys haven’t done something like this, be it Arnold’s famed chest & back workout, or a mix of your own, I recommend trying it at least once. You get an amazing feeling when you’re working both sides, and it’s absolutely exhausting. You’re wiped afterward. But it’s a great feeling, because you really know you’ve done something.

Alright, let’s get it…

Bodybuilding.com’s Project Mass – Day 10 – Hypertrophy Leg Day

legpressGreetings, all.

Yesterday I hit 30 followers, which in the grand scheme of things isn’t a lot, but that’s an amazing amount to me. I feel like this is the most popular fitness website on the internet. Now, for the big celebration I planned on writing up a review of the program that changed my life. However, if you cats have any ideas of something you’d like me to do, lemme know, I’ll do it.

Other than me becoming bigger than any website on the internet, we’ve got my hypertrophy leg day.

Let’s get it.

Bodybuilding.com’s Project Mass – Day 8 – Strength Day – Push Day – Plus, Progress Photo

arnold-incline2_570_334_c1Greetings, all.

Before we get into the fantastic action that was my workout, I thought I’d share a couple progress photos I took. I’ve been on a bulk for about 2 months now, and I’ve gained about 5lbs, as well as a decent amount of strength. I’m looking thicker & fuller, and because I keep on my incline walking, not putting on any extra fat.

calibercurrentdecember212014I’m thinking maybe another 10lbs or so, and then I’ll drop a few lbs of fat, but nothing too crazy, because I don’t want to lose any of the hard earned muscle. I’ll never understand those people who are natural that bulk and cut, bulk and cut, bulk and cut, because they barely put on any muscle, then lose it all because they’re terrified to not have abs. Hogwash.

Alrighty, let’s get it…
